The London Print Studio are looking for a Print Studio Coordinator

Salary: £24,157 to £27,005 pro rata (including London Weighting)

Number of days per week: Four (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Purpose of post:

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the print studio for londonprintstudio projects, staff and clients providing an exemplary service by: maintaining the facilities, developing and delivering training and support services, providing inductions, monitoring, maintaining and recording stock & usage.

BITE shows all that is best about printmaking in Britain today.

Our Selectors welcome all original printmaking methods (including lithography, etching, screenprinting, drypoint, woodcut, linocut, monoprint, aquatint, mezzotint, etc.) and a large number of artist prizes are available to be won.

The best work selected from the open submission will be exhibited alongside a small selection of works by invited artists, chosen by our panel of selectors. All work is for sale.

V&A Illustration Awards 2012

The V&A Illustration Awards celebrate the best illustration published over the last year. Original artwork from the best illustrated book, book cover, editorial illustration and student illustrator of the year are recognised. On these pages you can see all of the entries for 2012.

Congratulations to the five winners of the 2012 V&A Illustration Awards who were presented with their prizes at the awards ceremony on 11 June.

The judges of this year’s Published category were designer Orla Kiely, broadcaster and cultural commentator Emma Freud OBE and V&A Director of Design Moira Gemmill.

A display of the winning work can be seen in Gallery 74 from 12 June until 31 December 2012.

Event details: A special evening of lively discussion when exhibiting artist Tracey Emin chats with writer, actor, comedian and TV presenter Stephen Fry about her homecoming exhibition She Lay Down Deep Beneath the Sea.

The special event will also be broadcast live through interactive streaming as part of the major BBC and Arts Council England digital project.
